Good Evening Cuties!
On this second night of #fivenightsoffright, I’ve designed a creeping halloween decoration that shall hopefully be lighting up walk-ways and homes this Saturday night; a pumpkin! But what makes this pumpkin so spooky is the look upon its face, and the curiosity of what is happening in its hollow inners…and on that creepy note, here we go!
Tools:
Nail Polish Colours: Black, Orange
Nail Art Brush
Steps:
1.) Paint your whole nail orange.
2.) With your nail art brush and black nail polish, you can either follow my photos to re-create my mischievous pumpkin’s face, or you can create your own.
Easy peasy pumpkin squeezy? Thought so! I originally tried to do the face with a nail art pen, but it came out rather sloppy and a lot less creepy. Any time I write a post, and in the tools section it calls for a nail art brush, feel free to use a nail art pen instead if you find it easier to draw with, and don’t forget the read the full post to find out what colours you will need.
If you try this design and/or do a different face on your pumpkin, post a pic in the comments below or on any social media (Twitter or Instagram), and don’t forget to tag it using the hashtag #fivenightsoffright. For a lighter (possibly more kid-friendly) version of this, you can use yellow instead of black and create a happier face for a more “jack-o-lantern feel”.
I hope you’re enjoying the series so far, and don’t forget to check back everyday to see a new Halloween post over the next three days leading up to Saturday night. Until next time, stay spooky!
